Attributed to the workshop of Willem Jansz. Verstraeten.

Painted in the center in yellow, ochre, manganese and blue with ‘The Fall of Man’ depicting Adam seated with his hand extended to receive the apple that Eve is taking from the mouth of the serpent entwined around the trunk of a large tree, the cavetto encircled by two blue lines, and the broad rim undecorated, the reverse tin-glazed.
