The rounded tapering brush back painted with a bird perched on a flowering sinuous tree trunk growing behind a pierced rock and a chrysanthemum plant within a floral and foliate-scroll border, the unglazed underside pierced with holes for the bristles, and the fluted baluster-form handle painted with a pair of birds perched on a stylized urn beneath floral borders on the double-knopped terminal, the grooved flat underside washed in blue.
