Delft, circa 1770

Each painted in blue, green, yellow and manganese on the turquoise ground with a figure wearing a robe and walking amidst pagodas and mountains in the background, within a cartouche issuing floral sprays, the covers painted with floral sprigs and modeled with a ball knop.
