Attributed to Lambertus Cleffius, the owner of De Metaale Pot (The Metal Pot) factory from 1679 to 1691

The ovoid bodies painted with a continuous scene of a equestrian hunter, a reclining buffalo under a flowering prunus tree, two Chinese figures conversing in front of a prunus tree and rockwork, and a Chinese dignitary holding a banner being approached by another figure with stretched arms, all beneath a blue ground lappet border alternated with stylized leaves on the shoulder, the flaring cylindrical neck with a flowering prunus and bamboo, flanked by a seated Chinese figure on both with a rope-twist handle, and the domed foot with a stiff leaves.
