Delft, dated 1778 Painted in the center in blue with a scene from the parable of 'The Prodigal Son' depicting the son having returned from his escapades, kneeling and begging for forgiveness from his father before an Italianate building within a yellow and brown rectangular frame flanked by cherubs holding green laurel garlands and standing on scrollwork brackets, the top of the frame with a cluster of roses and foliage between foliate scrolls, and the bottom with further foliate scrolls enclosing a plaque inscribed Lúcas / 15 11-32, and the rim with a guilloche border of floret-centered circlets. Marked P:VMV / 1778 / in brown possibly for Pieter Jansz. van Marksveld, master painter and later the owner of De Grieksche A (The Greek A) Factory Diameter 22.3 cm. (8.8 in.)

Painted in blue, iron-red, yellow, manganese and green in the center with two butterflies flitting toward flowering bamboo and another flowering tree growing above chrysanthemums, a pierced rock and a Chinese garden fence, the rim with three vignettes of prunus and other flowers growing around a pierced rock alternating with three winged insects.

Delft, circa 1750 Marked with an asterisk and JB in Blue for Justus de Berg, recorded as a potter at De Witte Ster (The White Star) Factory Painted in the center with two coats of arms within elaborate foliate mantling beneath a helmet and bird crest, the rim with an elaborate border of five masks alternating with dotted and blossom-centered ovals above husk chains suspended from foliate scrolls and baroque strapwork, and the underside with four flowering branches. Marked with an asterisk and JB in Blue for Justus de Berg, recorded as a potter at De Witte Ster (The White Star) Factory Diameter 26.2 cm. (10.3 in.)

Delft, circa 1750 Painted with two Chinese gentlemen seated at a table set with food, to which one helps himself, a lady approaching with a vase at one end, and an attendant standing at the far end, the narrow rim with a black-ground border of blossoms and leaves interrupted with six floral panels. Marked WK in iron-red probably for Willem Jacobusz. van der Kool, the owner of de Drie Porceleyne Flessies (The Three Porcelain Bottles) factory from 1702 to 1716 or his widow from 1717 to 1745. 

Painted within a whorl-edged roundel with a tall vase of peonies between two birds perched either on grass above an unfurled scroll or on a ledge beside a small- er beaker of flowers, the rim with a border of foliate lappets and scrolls.

Delft, circa 1715 Painted in the center with a butterfly surrounded by four cranes in flight within ruyi-head lappets alternating with floral and foliate-scroll devices, the rim with a cell diaper and blossom border interrupted with four panels of butterflies. Marked WK in iron-red probably for Willem Jacobusz. van der Kool, the owner of de Drie Porceleyne Flessies (The Three Porcelain Bottles) factory from 1702 to 1716 or his widow from 1717 to 1745. Delft, circa 1715 Painted with a tiger stalking a singing bird perched on a flowering peony branch above a banded hedge and a fence, the rim with a trellis diaper border edged in strapwork and interrupted by floral ovals, shell devices and foliate scrolls. Marked IKW in blue probably for Willem Jacobusz. van der Kool, the owner of de Drie Porceleyne Flessies (The Three Porcelain Bottles) factory from 1702 to 1716 or his widow from 1717 to 1745.
