Exclusive Series of Seasonal Plates

Inspired by a wonderful Delftware series, we created a modern set of hand-painted seasonal plates. The decorations are partially taken from a rare series of plates by De Porceleyne Byl (The Porcelain Axe) factory from circa 1780. Each plate is painted across the interior with figures at various appropriate pursuits, for example harvesting for the month of August and ice skating for December. In the process of producing the plates, we collaborated successfully with Heinen Delfts Blauw.
