Delft, dated 1757

Each dated and numbered 1757 / 3 / 28 in blue on the reverse

Each painted with a Chinese figure wearing a manganese and green robe, holding a yellow vase and seated in a landscape full of blue rock work, beneath the iron-red, yellow, blue, and green flowering branches, on which an exotic bird is perched, the foreground with plants on a green plateau, and the blue marbleized green self-frame, molded with brackets and scrolls, reserved with four lappets with yellow floral decoration and at each corner a blue-delineated scallop shell, the top shell pierced with a hole for suspension; the reverse glazed.
